Garand gas cylinder and lock screw threads don't match...

FWIW, I called Numrich today and they got my returned trigger group (stamped, Beretta) back 3 weeks ago and hand't processed the return yet. In the meantime, they told me all the trigger groups they have left are in bad shape cosmetically, the better ones have now all been shipped, but they would try to find one that was "better". Great. Bracing for something even worse to turn up :(

Or maybe they are just miffed I returned the pitted POS they sent me and are hell bent on messing with me a second time - who knows?
 
Well I hope it works out for you in the end. I guess I got lucky. I have found the international shipping lady Betty most helpful every time I have called. She spoke with the parts guys while I was on hold and then told me they bumped my order to top of the queue because parts were damaged on arrival. Just home from work and I already have the shipping notice.

I guess I'll ask for Betty tomorrow. Got an Op Rod that is bent in quite an epic way. (think crossing the barrel)
