She flinched when she pulled the trigger for the 7th time, with no bang. I haven't seen or experienced a squib, so I have no idea what one sounds like, or if we could have heard it on camera. Did she pull an empty casing out of the chamber I wonder? If she pulled an empty out, I would say obstructed barrel. If it still had a bullet, I guess an out of battery firing would be the best explanation.

Squib is a low pressure round and can lead to barrel obstruction because not enough pressure to drive the bullet completely out of barrel. Out of battery mean that the bolt is not fully locked.
