I have two new stock kits for my Garand builds. One is getting a traditional tung oil treatment, the other is up in the air. I have considered a linseed oil bath for it but am wondering if anyone out there has tried hemp oil? I have seen it used on other wood products but not gunstocks. Any woodworkers here have any input?
