Garand Stocks?

agree, Boyds will require a little, very little, fitting between the floor plate and the receiver. but that's it. bearhunter
 
they are oversized from ww2 profile (one came on my M1). if you have big hands its good. you can sand them down.
 
They are more than a "little" oversize. Mine is at least 1/8" proud in every dimension, in some spots more.This may not sound like alot, but it is when you compare it to GI profile. It is noticeable, but a matter of preference as to whether or not it's a problem. I left mine the way it was. Other than that, I thought the unfinished stock set was a hell of a deal- it was under $90 us including shipping.
 
Brand new or just another stock in better condition? Marstar lists stocks for $50. They say to call for front hand guards. $30 for a rear. Doesn't say what condition they're in though.
