garand trigger pin

I was looking at my trigger assembly and was working it to see how it works I stopped when I realized something was wrong. The trigger pin is out and the hammer is locked back. The holes dont match up so I cant put it back in. Anyone know how to either 1)take it appart with the hammer back or 2)line up the holes and put the trigger pin back in.

You have to push the trigger assembly forward to line up the holes. Go slow and you should be able to figure it out.
 
i was looking at the cmp disassembly/assembly page, i pressed the trigger down from the rear with a c-clamp then pryed the hammer spring housing up with a screwdriver and the holes lined up. curiosity and i dont mix:D
