Garand ####!:)

Some nice beauty's out there, Espcially like steve's 43, the Danish tiger stipe and NAA's c-broad arrow is interesting.

Gull durn it.

I've been watching Band of Brothers again and it just makes makes me want to own a Garand.

Maybe I need to re-watch Gran Turino and that'tll cinch it...

As I recall Clint was using a hard rubber replica Garand in GT.;)

Look at the muzzle - no bore, no slot in the gas plug. Stacking swivel is a cheap wire sling swivel, definitely a rubber drill rifle, at least in the scenes where he points it at those Vietnamese street gang kids.

there's a scene where he loads an en-bloc into the rifle in his basement, but the rifle is pointing safely up at the ceiling, that one was probably real.

Two of them are newly built, one of them without a bolt is a 1945 SA, waiting on a period correct bolt and oprod. The 4th one is 50s dated SA with an original conversion 308 barrel as far as I can tell..:)

I definitely hate you... *read jealous* :)
