I just got my 3 builds back from Vulcan Refinishing and I couldn't be any happier. Customer service was top notch. Nick always returned my calls and emails. Hi work is unbelievable. The re-parkerizing looks like new and the the finish to the stocks look great. It wasn't cheap but the prices were fair. And you get what you pay for. I never shipped the stock with the 3rd rifle, that's why it is unfinished. But given the results of the other 2, I'm sending it back to have Nick re-finish it. 2 are in 30-06 and the other has a Douglas Barnett barrel in 308. New bolts. Headspace is tight, like new. Can't wait to shoot them. Here's some pictures. I learned a lot from these builds. First is that you're not going to save any money unless you have the tools and skills to install the barrel. I finally have some rifles that are keepers. Here's some picture. Sorry for the poor quality.
