garbage tula ammo

has anyone else had a bad experience with tula? last night i got a very hot round. the excess gas came back into my face.it burned pretty bad.

the round blew the rim and primer off. the case is stuck in my rifle now. this happened to my friend last year as well. same rifle,same ammo.

im not to pleased.

Good to know. I still have about 1000RNDS left of .308!

Any batch or label ID marks so others can double check if they have the same lot, year, or whatever?

Get what you pay for I guess. I recon the last place you want to spend bargain basement prices on is ammo. I hope your face is alright.

Never had a problem with their 223/556 or 7.62x39 though

Only shot 7.62x54R from TULA and it felt ared bit stout compa to all the surplus 54R I was shooting, but always went bang with no indications of problems from the casings.

I've fired thousands of Tulammo in 9x18, 9x19, .380, .45, 7.62x39, 7.62x51, and 7.62x54R. Other than shocking a few friends with .308 fireballs, I don't recall having any negative issues.

No issues with .223 but I've heard a few others with .308 having problems

Seems their 308 has had the same issues across the board, never had an issue with their 223 or 7.62x39.
