I have to say that the customer sevice from him was great so good that I purchased a Night Hawk Talon2 , NightHawk Tactical Shotgun a beautiful Ed Brown Kobra and a Raging Bull 454 Casull. I was buying firearms from a much closer dealer I won't say who but it seemed to me that all they know how to do is sell guns there customer service is s---t. I don't care that Wanstalls is at the other side of the country there service made me feel like I was right there in there store. Gary's the man
 
I also have to agree !!

Ya I bought some BC tactical rail for my 858 from Wanstall , and they did not fit.
Gray , had me ship them back on his dime , fixed the problem, and shipped them back, at no cost to me.

Also he cam though with my sub2 K a month earlier then promised .

Ive been selling retail for 30 years, Gary is the best there is, Wanstalls has always been a good reputable company but Gary has brought them on line and sells and services the way everyone should, there are no better than him!!!!!!! And.........Ive bought piles of guns from him

I just heard about them a month ago myself, went down there and bought a rifle. They are great in the store. I just wish I knew about them years ago!
 
I popped by Wanstalls last week just to look around and see what it was like, met Gary and felt a sudden urge to pull out my credit card and be in a good deal of financial trouble for the foreseeable future...

I'm very impressed how quick he is to speak to customers and even more impressed how he has time to come here to do promotions, answer questions, and whatnot AND answer business e-mails personally! His store might be 1.5 hours away from me, but that might just be worth it... at least gas is cheaper out that way...
 
Actually don't have much if any experience actually dealing with Gary since I've never had anything go wrong with an order. Quick to ship, quick to receive.
 
I freakin' hate that place! :D Everytime I go in there they have something great for me to buy...always taking my money...and the service? Why do they have to be so friendly? What's up with that? :eek:

*** And for those of you who didn't get it...the place is awesome...best guys/gal in the business...here's an internet HI-5 for all of them ***
 
These guys and gals at Wanstalls will provide the best experience for just about anyone buying a new firearm.
There is a distinctive lack of ####ty attitude in that store that many of us have come to expect from gun shops.
I will always buy from Wanstalls before anywhere else, and not because it's relatively close to home.
