Gas-checking sized bullets

Have quite a few 158gr SWC in .357 from a past hand gun. Plan on using them in a .358 Winchester. They are already sized and lubed. Can they still be gas-checked? If so, does anyone have an idea what velocities such a projectile would be able attain with some degree of accuracy?
 
Even if they don't, you can modify them to accept a GC, you'd need to chamfer the bottom. Probably more work than it's worth
 
If they have a gas check step, yes they can be gas cheked easily. Just run them through a sizer again. You'll probably have to experiment to find the velocity where acceptable acuracy is lost.
