From my house I can hear the chatter of small arms fire from the Connaught Range pretty much every Sunday morning.
I haven't fired a rifle for more years than I care to remember and am still waiting for my PAL so I don't own anything yet (and I'm old enough to remember when Canadian Tire practically gave away sporterized Lee Enfields and surplus M1s could be picked up in the US for a song....)
Lots of great information here that's helping me differentiate between what I want (a C1A1) and what I can legally own .....
