Can anyone confirm that the giessle super sabra gen 1 fits in the gen 2 tavors in canada? Thanks

Yes they fit. Canada has Gen 1 through Gen 2.5 Tavor Tar-21, while the US has Gen 1 through Gen 2 Tavor SAR-21

TAR trigger packs don't fit SAR, but SAR trigger packs will fit TAR.

All aftermarket trigger packs are SAR design.

So far we have not had any issues with the Super Sabra or lighting bows in any of the Tavors.
