Gentlemen, Can you help ID this SXS?

[Wrong Way]

This belongs to a friend. No name, no markings anywhere but where shown in the pic on the barrels....he believes it's russian, but has no more info.

I told him I knew who to ask.......so here I am.

Any ideas?

Any other pictures (in focus, please), especially of the bottom of the gun, the tops of the barrels, and the water-table (the flat part of the receiver)? From what I can see of the proofs, it certainly LOOKS Russian.

That is a Baikal double. Russian made. Still made today. Very sturdy and dependable. Not worth alot but still a good gun.
