German Guild Gun - what's it worth?

I've had this for about a year now, and I finally got the cert papers today, so I'm wondering (if I decide to sell it) what a fair market value would be for it.
I'm assuming due to the lack of a maker's mark, that it was guild made (made in July 1917). The 27-1/2" barrels are fluid steel, with some minor pitting in the bores. Wood is solid, but the metal could probably benefit from some TLC. Locks up tight, and a very light gun for a 12g.

That actually strikes me as looking a tad Belgan, are you sure it's German? I'm just going on gut as I'm out of my realm here a bit. The barrels are marked FLUSS-STAHL-LAÜFFE?

Barrels are marked PRIMA STAHL. It's been about a year since I really took a good look at the proof marks, but I remember being positive that it was German.

When I get some good pics of the proofs for the German guns site, I'll post them here too.
