Well, April arrival might as well be dead and gone. Here is to hoping that these things are in hand by the end of May.

I spoke with Wanstalls the other day about this pre-order. They said they have no notice or definite eta answer from the supplier. Some one like my self that is not in a possession to buy many guns right now I wont be pre-ordering again. More then a year since I said yes.

That's kind of crappy. Too bad page 1 of this thread said "expected delivery this winter." Probably wouldn't have sold as many if they said "no expected delivery date from supplier." haha

To chime in real quick here, we are not the manufacturers nor the distributors of these pistols, we were given an ETA in good faith from our distributor and we have tried everything in our power in dealing with our distributors to get updates and put pressure on them. Ultimately we really dont have any control with regards to H&K production or their schedules unfortunately. Being a specialty run of pistols im sure they are trying squeeze in this run into an already busy production schedule. I know our distributors are frustrated as well but as soon as i get any news i will definitely let everyone know.... I contact them weekly!!

I definitely understand that it isn't Wanstalls' fault as you aren't the manufacturer or the distributor. You are, however the retailer who accepted our payment, so I'd say: no problem at all. Just include a free thread protector when you ship.
Does this mean these pistols are not even manufactured or shipped to the distributor yet?
+1 to free thread protectors all around, send the bill for this to whoever in the retail / distribution / shipping / manufacturing chain managed to confuse "winter" with "spring or later".

Well the SA/DA black pistols have arrives, just none of the others.
And +1 for thread protectors as well! It's actually insulting that H&K ships without them but I'm just a peasant, what do I know.
It's obviously not never, the first order of SA/DA trigger black models already arrived, but the 2nd half (if they aren't doing 3 shipments) is unknown.

We have been notified that the shipment will be leaving Germany "next week" and should be in our shop by the end of the month or the 1st week of June. will keep you posted if i hear any updates!
