Get the lard off

JohnY, if you lost twenty pounds I know where it went. And you can take it back please. I was asked if I was expecting a baby elephant, because they saw a little trunk hanging out of my shorts........

Well J/C your right I am a svelt bastard, 165 pounds right now but I could still use to lose about 10 pounds. When the under twenty year olds in the camp can outrun me I will get concerned.
I don't smoke, I drink seldom, I walk everyday... it's not hard to stay in shape if you are active.
When you are as good looking as I am it is important to stay in good condition.
I'm serious.

I think what he meant was that when you are an ugly bastard you had better have at least a decent body if you want to have a shot with the ladies.....
just kiddin RED

A few years ago I decided that I was going to get into shape for hunting season. I had intended to do a lot of hiking for big mules in the hills. I started jogging a little bit and next thing I knew I was doing 12K at a crack.

Then mother got sick and was in the hospital for a few months, that put an end to jogging and Mulie hunting for that year. I never did get to test out my new stamina before I got lazy again.

I can verify that LAZY thing... ;) :D

Seriously...it doesn't take much. A good power walk in the morning, eating breakfast to get the metabolism going, a bit of portion control during the week. Then I don't feel so guilty enjoying those pints on the weekend, and the hunting is more enjoyable...
