Geting My PAL in the Mail ?

my Interview and references phoned in and Licence Issued out on Wednesday August 21st probably sent in mail on Thursday , I wonder when
I will get the Licence in my Mail box , they say if I don't get my licence within 2 weeks to call them . How long did it take you guys to get your PAL licence in the mail after the big Interview and they Issued the licence out?
 
had my references call in on august 12th and nothing in the mail. I cant see there being any hold ups. One of my references was my father in law. Maybe he called me a prick, haha. Is the license usually issued right after the reference interviews? I feel like I have had to call to push this whole thing along. I submitted my application on the 29th of May.
 
For some things, they only do them on certain days. So if you complete the interviews and whatnot on Monday and it says your license has been issued, it might not actually leave the CFC until that Friday, which means it sits at the post office until Monday, and may take until that Thursday or Friday to make it anywhere.

I forget which day it is though, but I know they have certain days for certain things.
 
The CFC people told me they only mail out PALs one day per week: Mondays. In my case, I had to call them to push my approval (which they did over the phone when I finally got through, only 1 hr and 20 minutes on hold...), and that was a Tuesday, so I had to wait a couple weeks to get my PAL/RPAL in the mail. It was indeed postmarked the following Monday after my phone conversation.

lol ya I had to phone myself and the status said and this was right after my references called in it said my licence was issued

ya they probly sent my PAL on Monday and Canada post says it takes 3 to 4 work days to get average mail

That actually seems plausible.

In my case the message went to licence issued on Monday July 22nd, and card arrived Monday July 29th.
