Hey guys,

As part of my quest to do an M14/M1A build... I'm currently looking for a bolt. NOS, TNW, Fulton, LRB, Rockola... anything but Norinco (personal preference).

The problem is I can't seem to find one. I've checked Canadian Stores, and US stores (the ones I've checked) don't seem to be keen on shipping out M14/M1A parts.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice, as I'm kind of stuck at the moment.

Wolverine Supplies is working out details on becoming a cannadien supplier for LRB parts. Consider getting an LRB bolt from Wolverine Supplies. They're made to USGI spec. I've got on in my LRB M25, no complaints so far. Only down side is that there is no ETA when they might actually get them.

In the past I was able to buy FA bolts from Brownells. They do ship to Canada, but of course you have to fill out the paperwork (end user stuff, like that) and then I just emailed it back to them. They were most helpful and easy to work with sorting this out. Then came all the shipping costs and duty/taxes, etc. The entire process ran closer to $300 Cdn when all was said and imported.

Now with the CDN $$ in the poop hole, that changes things!

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info! Right now they seem to be out of bolts.... and when I tried to order a muzzle brake from them, it was a $250 export fee charge... Yikes.
