Does any-one know the actual length of the M4 with the stock fully retracted and fully expanded? This is a nice case, but I want the smallest I can get that fits the M4.

Measure your M4.

My M4 with the standard collapsible stock and a 11.5" barrel measures 27 1/2" on the button. As such I picked up the smallest one of the cases that would fit my M4, the 32" PVC-MC32B (The 25" is obviously too small). They also make a 33", 34", 38", 42" in different models.

Not sure why there are pistols in the mag pockets though

Hard part is trying to find a company to sell them. I finally went and ordered mine from a company in the US. Shipping was killer (doubled the price)

I'd be interested. I've been on the lookout for a case to fit my mag fed grizzly, it comes in at 31" OAL so the 32" would be perfect!

Well if it has the 14.5" barrel my guess would be the rifle is 31" with the stock fully collapsed, give or take of course. But this is just an estimate of course based upon my Bushmaster with a 11.5" barrel being 28" overall with the stock fully collapsed.

Keep in mind that you can split the upper from the lower.
And you may be able to angle it.
