every year around august i start walking around to prepare myself for the upcoming season. now im getting a little wee bit older and its safe to say im on the other side of prime . i'm six feet tall and for many years i have been 285 lbs i have been in the bush my whole life and moving around is not an issue, a 6 or 7 mile walk with a pack on is no big deal, yet.
so i decided to quit smoking, i smoked for 25 years. i have been smoke free for 49 days today. guess what, surprise surprise i picked up 7 lbs. well now i have decided to lose some weight because i love to hunt, its what i do. now i have to admit the idea of a diet is scary to me. the thing is i want to keep hunting, the way i can hunt now.
so if anybody has any tips for losing 40 lbs or so i like to hear it, because i need to get in shape for the hunt.
