getting longer range accuracy from CZ858 - checklist?

It is stated that the CZ858 can reach out to 700 yards. I know this is not the intended use of this gun out of the box, nor will it be hitting very good groups at that distance, but I'm wondering what needs to be done in order to get it to shoot good groups at longer distances (say 400yds)

I am assuming one of the key factors is - ammunition. I have browsed a bit and havent found anyone who re-loads their 762x39, and i've heard that the Norinco stuff and softpoint hunting stuff isnt too great either.

Ideas?
 
m39a2, I think is his username. I know him in person and he reloads his own 7.62x39mm since he hates cleaning after the corrosive stuff. If he sees this I'm sure he'll explain. I know nothing about reloading.

And lotz and lotz of time shooting @ 300 yards plus. @ 200 meter's I can hit the gong @ poco all day long with my bushnell holo sight and my EoTech 4x FTS Zoomer.
