Getting my PAL and RPAL

I have been approved for both restricted and non-restricted license and it says that online. My question is with the Canada Post being locked out will the CFO give you the option of paying for UPS to ship the license? I want to start buying.

I read someones post yesterday saying the CFO is in fact sending them via purolator. I haven't called to confirm, but you may want to do so and ask to be included.

The lady I talked to today at CFC said she would try and pull my card from the mail pile, and I could COD or on account FEDEX my RPAL card out to me. She seemed very willing and helpful. I"ll be doing this on Monday if the "loyal" opposition continues to waste time and money on stalling this legislation.
