Getting Novak sights installed on 1911

I really want a set of Novak adjustable sights installed on my norinco 1911 and I would like to know where the best place is to get this done. Im living in Saskatoon but I wouldn't have a problem shipping the slide anywhere in canada to get this done. Id really like to send it to someone who really knows what they are doing, not take it to a local guy who typically spends 90% of his time watching TV and boresighting hunting rifles.

ARWEN ACE on this board also does this, but he's in Ontario. He put Novaks on a BHP for me that required milling the slide and it looked like it was done at the factory.

Armco is where I'd get 'em installed, too...

Whats the typical turn around time at Armco these days? I've heard he gets pretty busy and this could take a few months to get done.
