Getting ready for Percision Shooting school, any pointers?

. Any load opinions? Combinations? ( I also picked up some 150 gr hornady and some benchmark powder)

I had very good luck with my .308 SPS-V using 168gr Berger VLDs and 44gr Varget (Lapua brass and BR-2s). I had to seat them WAY out to get them to touch the lands though, so if you can't single load during your course this may not be ideal. Of course this load was shot in my rifle, use at your own risk and work up to it.

Maybe a back up rifle and scope combo?

Would love to have one for this school, but unless I borrrow one, I can't afford one too, with the cost of going out to Ontario for the school, and all the ammo, plus, the wife would use one of em on me hahaha.

P.S.
Any one see using S&B brass as an issue? I was thinking no more that 2 uses..... just have that readily availble.....
