So I quit my job on Wednesday w:h:
After cleaning out the garage on Thursday and having a couple of naps I figured today was a great day to blow the cobwebs out of a few rifles I haven't shot in a while..

Here's the range which doubles as a good goose hunting spot.

First up is the 220 Swift.

Actually quite impressed with the Weatherby factory ammo.

All in all a good day. Especially the 3 hour nap when I got home.
I do believe unemployment agrees with me.

Hey Pickels looks like that was a fun day you had there.

Just wondering how you like your shooting table? Was looking at the table and was wondering how stable it was.

Also was that you heading to stoon on saturday morning around 7am?

WoW, awesome looking truck, I love those scopes, and God's Country is looking just as beautiful as I remember it! and E.I. does sit well! No wonder you're jumping for joy! ;)

I was heading North Saturday morning so probably was me.

The table is actually quite a bit more stable than I thought. I find you have to get the seat height adjusted and then the table has to be wiggled around so both elbows fit on it. Best part is it assembles in about a minute.

Sooooooooo, how many of those fine lookying rifles are going to hit the EE
in some months time?

Have 2 job offers and a interview tomorrow for the outfit I'd like to work for.

I'm hoping I can start AFTER the long weekend. I'm making up for time in the nap department.

I was heading up to Stoon from Regina in the morning and we passed yeah in the valley by Dundurn, and I remember looking at your truck thinking I just saw this truck somewhere. I thought about it for abit and it was your pics from this post I read friday night. weird It must be a diesel thing. :p Dmax here :D

Nice to hear that the table works pretty good. Was thinking of picking one up sometime, or see if I can make one myself. How is it to pivot? Like if you were to throw it up in the middle of a nice gopher town could you spin it around like nothing?

cheers
