Getting Started Again

After a long layoff I wish to get back into reloading rifle again. What should I be looking for as far as a "Kit" goes? Would like to keep it under $400. Thanks.

I personally like the RCBS Rochchucker kit, which is right around $400 less dies and shellholder. Other than the dies and shellholders, it's got pretty much everything you need to get started.

The Lee stuff is less expensive but has lots of fans. I don't think you can go wrong with RCBS, and while the Lee stuff is good too, you hear of some of their products breaking more often. Lee might fit your budget better though.

I'm sure you would be happy with the Rockchucker Kit, I've been using mine since 1983 without a single complaint. RCBS also has great customer service if you need it too. You'll often see guys posting on CGN who have lost RCBS stuff and had RCBS replace it for free.

RCBS all the way for me too ... the Rockchuker Kit is a good start ... but still
a fair way from all that you'll eventually need !
