gevlot finish

I picked up a gevlot .22 model ?? fires from open bolt. Now the question is were they blued or painted? Not much finish left on mine and would like to hear from someone that has a better one to look at, Thanks in advance.

It's a Gevarm... the action is painted aluminum with a textured finish, the barrel is blued. The paint on mine is flaking off quite a bit, but I'm not sure if it's worth trying to restore it, or even how to go about it.

Gevarm not gevlot... It depends on which model you have. They made one nicely blued (not a take down), one in a painted texture (take down)
