Can anyone recommend a source for reproduction ones, with the trimmings?

Looks like it’s be more than a few hours work to machine a new one.

There's a guy in the US who makes repro bolt heads (look up Myers Arms), I don't think he is registered with dept of Commerce so will likely not be able to send to Canada... and importer may need to be involved - let me know if you find nothing and end up ordering from him - I may offer to split costs importing.
