Well, good luck Gibbz...

Magpul has had the M-Lok out for a while, and are very aggressive in pursuing patent material. Now M-Lok is supposedly Patent Pending as well, but unless Geissele and ALL the manufacturers that are using M-Lok want some rando-company to have the patent on M-Lok style attachment, they WILL side with Magpul... Remember M-Lok is free to use with a signed license from Magpul (to keep the integrity of their design in-tact) so I'm betting most manufacturers will side with Magpul rather than a company that MAY want to charge for using their system.

Although Armedsask is right, it's comical that a company can patent a Tee Nut for attaching an accessory :p
