Tried searching forums for 1216 and got no results, however, I'm sure this has been discussed here... is the 1216 legal in Canada? I understand how it is a 16 round semi-auto but it has 4 separate 4 round magazines that must be cycled every 4 rounds, which to me, would seem to duck under the magazine restrictions here in Canada... Thoughts as well as anyone have any experience with this gun?

The shotgun would have to be pinned to 5 rounds. Regardless of the fact each magazine tube is different, the whole rotating assembly is considered the magazine, and thus the extra tubes would be rendered useless under Canadian law. I'm sure it has been imported as a test, but it's only worthwhile feature is the rotating magazine, which would be neutered.
