Hey, this sorta thing happens out here on the barren prairies quite often.
My son, who has his RPAL BTW... was helping a widow clean up the farm prior to moving to town.
She just gave him this unit. He is pretty good with wood, and getting better with iron...he does a fair amount of 'Smith work these days.
The bolt release looks like it was mishandled...he said he would tackle it...but needs a picture of the original.
If anyone has a picture of said unit, thank you ahead of time.

First post on the new platform, beg pardon for the mishmash of a post.
Barrel has been cut, but my son said the rifling seems in good shape.
I'm hoping it didn't get the chamber enlarged...would expect a large E stamp, but one never knows.
I had a MK 2 with such a chamber, destroyed brass it was so large

Looks like someone basically made a replica of a 1905-R, kind of. I think it’s worth saving. I’ll send you a PM.
