GINEX L.R. primers and the 22-250

I have a few different brands of large Rifle primers on hand, including the Ginex:

Tonight I will shoot them all in empty primed cases in a revolver (45ACP) and photograph the muzzle flash. This will give some comparative info.

I did this before, with several brands and the difference was quite noticeable.

Very cool. How do you take the pictures? High speed video and pick the best frame?

Yes. Turn off the lights. Use the pre-focus to focus on the muzzle, then hit shutter button. Shutter opens and prepares to take a very long exposure, because it is dark. Pull trigger. Finger off the shutter.

Easy to do.

not sure the cellphone ones can
