Giraud case trimmer?

WOW! That is all?!?!

I spent last few weeks looking (researching) for a good trimmer. I almost pulled a plug on Dillon 1200 + two dies ($500) but now I will have to reconsider. Everyone speaks highly about Giraud case trimmer, what are your thoughts?

I have the RT-1200 and although it is a great trimmer for high volume shooting such as AR-15's where perfection isn't required chamfering and deburring is still a pain.
I don't chamfer or deburr my .223 brass I just tumble in stainless media overnight and it knocks down the burr well enough to load.

The Giraud on the other hand trims, chamfers, and deburrs in one step which is ideal for the precision shooter.

Here is a pic of my 50M group shot through my Noveske yesterday using an EOtech with no magnification.
It's my 55gr Hornady FMJ's loaded on my Hornady LnL progressive.
It's good enough for me. Sorry for the picture through a spotting scope pic.

Two words, case feeder. You can resize and trim at the same station. I don't have the dillon trimmer but resized about 500 ish brass this afternoon and was working on trimming them (on my giruard trimmer). It would have been nice to just watch them move down the line after getting trimmed by the 1200. Faster and more efficient. Don't get me wrong the giruard trimmer is nice, but the Dillon on a 650 makes for less work, two steps combined into one. I have actually thought about selling mine and getting the Dillon 1200.

I never thought about the deburring, I have talked to some gentlemen that owned and used one and they said the blades were sharp enough and at a high enough speed that it was a clean cut? I do like that about the giruard, trims and cleans them up in one easy step. I would still think that for large quantities the 1200 would be good.

What I like about the Giraud is that it's pretty quiet.
No need to hook it up to a vacuum cleaner.

Did anyone actually order one? I'm curious how much was the end price once shipping/taxes/border fees/etc were added.

Cheers,
