Girsan 92 copy or ruger SR9? Opinions please

7000ish rounds of anything and everything through my SR9 so far, I like it and everybody who has ever shot it likes it.
I pulled the magazine disconnecter before firing round #1, it takes longer to watch the video on youtube about how to do it than it does to do it.
Dry firing exercises with snap caps are far more useful and then the trigger resets just fine thank you.
The supplied mag loader must have cost Ruger about 62 cents to make but it works so slick that I can reload both 10rd mags before the person in the next lane can reload 1 of a different brand.
But everybody hates Ruger 'cause they're cheap nasty junk. Whatever. w:h:

I agree with dirtybarry. I haven't got that much thru mine and it hasn't always been perfect but once I did a couple of small things it has been perfect. it fits my hand amazingly well, and its my go to for IDPA, and I have beaten people with much much more expensive equipment.

The Girsan is a quality piece of kit. I didn't like the grip or the trigger on mine, and couldn't shoot it worth a damn, so I sold it.

I prefer the BHP or CZ for a 9mm gun. You do find deals on them, just not as often these days.

It's best if you can get your hands on many things, and try them if you can. With even the less expensive guns going way up in price these days, it makes less and less sense to buy/try/sell than it used to.

For one thing most folks expectations of what they will pay for used guns hasn't tracked with the dollar (what is being asked for them, however, has).
