Girsan MC-28 Front Sights

I was thinking about changing the front sight on my MC-28 and knowing these are the same in a bunch of ways as an M&P9 I
was wondering if the sights are the same? Or if not the M&P maybe something else.

Pretty sure MandP sights are dovetail so would not work.
