Girsan mc 312 ejection issues

Hey,
I bought a mc312 a little over a year ago. Fired a couple thousand rounds, maybe 2 didnt eject that whole time. Now its about 50/50, and I didnt change ammo. Anyone else have that problem? What was your solution? Aftermarket parts seem a little difficult to find, all I can find is a complete bolt assembly for $100 on doctordeals.

You didn't say if you did or not, but I'll ask just in case.

You can try giving it a bit more lube if it isn't drenched already. But it's hard to say without seeing the problem. Could be plastic buildup in the chamber, causing shells to stick (I have rarely seen this happen). Or the the extractor spring is failing.

The empty shell comes back parallel with the full one on the lifter then thats as far as it goes. Its like it gets wedged between the top of the receiver and the shell below. I don't know if the extractor isn't taking enough of a bite on the shell or what. Don't want to waste 100 bucks on a bolt assembly if you guys don't think it will help.

Try manually cycling the shells, if it can eject the shells without fail, then it isn't the extractor.... theoretically

If it's a Turkish made semi it's probably run it's life cycle with a couple thousand rounds through it...
