Hey everyone,

Have a new MC312 (sub 100 rounds) and keep getting a double feed issue with it. Tried googling it but not much came up... Wanted to know if anyone had suggestions on what to check. Still a rookie when it comes to firearms so any help would be appreciated
Ammo being used it Challenger 00 Buckshot 2 3/4''

Here is a picture of what the jam looks like. Usually happens on the 3rd shot

If its a new gun, you should always bring it back to where you bought it from and get them to figure it out. See if they stand behind what they sell. If they won't help out then....

Check if the shell retainers are loose. I don't know how the Girth San is designed but there should be two of them one on each side of the receiver. One releases the next shell coming out, the other prevents the next shell behind it from coming out until the other retainer can come back to retain the next shell. They're activated as the bolt rides over them comes back and forward. If one of them is loose, they can cause erratic feeding behavior. Very common in 870's since their shell retainers are staked in place. If someone isn't careful punching the trigger pins in or out on a 870, they can easily knock their shell retainers loose and the result will be feeding problems. It could even be the part of the shell retainer that the bolt rides over to activate the shell retainer is worn or broken off.

Its also possible it could be ammo related. So test some other load out to see if it does the same thing.
