Girsan Regard MC....after market sights?

Has anyone installed after market sights on their Girsan and If so what make and any info on ease of installation etc?

I haven't tried to look for aftermarket sights but I find the stock ones are bang on! Beretta sights would be a good place to look, might need some fitting but should be close
