Girsan stainless compact question

to the owners of Girsan yavuz compact (stainless) in 9mm : what is the frame made of? Is it aluminum alloy or is it also made out of stainless steel ?

Does a magnet stick to it?

it is a mystery gun. many say that they like it, but who does actually own it.? The magnet test may or may not work on stainless depending on the chromium content. It won't stick to alluvium and it won't stick to some stainless. I would judge by weight - how heavy is it as compared with beretta's (they are all alloys except for one edition which is very limited and expensive)

Edit: I have the blued Girsan compact and find it to be about perfect size and weight
