Hey guys

I searched around and couldn't find a straight answer on this issue (sorry if it has been answered i just could not find it)

I bought a Girsan Yavuz 16 Regard M.C. 9mm which is the full sized handgun with no rail.

Been having troubles finding magazines, do certain Beretta magazines work in it?(Have heard that some might work but no confident answers) Or does anyone know where i can find the actual Girsan magazines?

Also i would think a holster for a Beretta 92fs would work for the Girsan, anyone have any experience or have heard anything different?

yah my magazine says 'Mec-Gar For Girsan - Made in Italy'

So the beretta 92fs magazines are the exact same?

umm no idea.. it is a heavy feel, but i love it

I have a plastic retention holster for mine. Blackhawk I think. I put it in once and it will never go back in. Left a wee little scuff mark. I know I know. But I just love the finish on these things way to much.

i dont want a retention one with a clip that you have to press to take it out of the holster, did you get the holster in Beretta 92fs size?

Yep, exact same M9 mags NR sells that come with the pistol. Bought a few from them.....just waiting on that resupply of BHP mags coming in OCT!

okay thanks! I'm going to order that BladeTech DOH one though, seems to be the most practical for IPSC



Anyone have any favorite belts or magazine pouches?
 
hey if you can wait a bit I could let you know how my holster that I ordered works out? Costed me about 27 bucks off ebay and looks like a blackhawk but the shape and molding looks nicer. Should be in around monday hopefully. And I could put up pics and give a review of it for ya.
 
I just got my Girsan Yavuz 16 Compact MC with rail today. I am really impressed with it and happy to hear that Beretta mags work in it. But I am on the hunt for a decent holster now too!

i still need to commit to a holster, most likely a bladetech DOH one, heard amazing things about them. Just hope it fits in the Beretta 92 version of it
