Nope, just the source of most anything you could ever want to know. As for your question the quick answer is speed. They all shoot the same bullets, they just handle the various weights differently. In terms of "power" it would go .338 Fed., .338 Win. Mag., .338 Lapua.
 
"...What is the difference..." Among other things, the price per shot. .338 Win Mag runs around $70 to $80ish per 20. Prices for .338 Federal aren't listed by anybody. Epp's list the ammo, but no on-line prices per 20. .338 Lapua starts at $80 per 20 for Hornady.
Of the 3, the .338 Win Mag is easiest to find. Shoot one first if you can. Don't even think about one, if you're new to shooting.

Not new to guns or the introweb, I was being a little sarcastic with the Google thing:p
