give up prohibited status or not?

You'd be crazy to give it up, that would be playing right into their hands. If that's what the liberals want us to do, and it sure as heck (dang rules) is, then don't do it just to piss them off.

which brings me to a point- i've got 12(3)- can i get 12(4) and (5) with 3 or do i have to have 4 and 5 seperately?- might want to get an fn someday

No. Sorry. Each class stands seperately. If you do not have the individual classifications now, you never will. I think the only exemption to this rule is 12(6) but I'm not too up on that one.

If you apply for an SAP are you allowed to take this firearm 12(5) to a DND range to shoot it? Does your Provincial Rifle Association conduct competitions and practices on DND ranges?
Would the price of membership in your PRA be worth the $$$ to shoot your 12(5) or would you rather it collect dust in your gun safe?

Only if you give it too me

Keep it, with the current gun laws I'll never get Prohibited status, if you give it up your giving in to what they want (but i guess that's been said a dozen times or more by now). The more legally and responsibly owned guns we have the better it is for our plight. Maybe, just maybe (but probbably not) the liberals will get the message that we're not the criminals and pull their heads into the sunlight.

Of course, you could sell them to me for ten cents on the dollar, and when the rest of us overturn this crap, I win!
Seriously, if you give in to these wankers, you only encourage more of the same.

HAVE YOU APPLIED FOR, AND BEEN REFUSED, YOUR S.A.P. TO TRANSPORT TO A RANGE YET?

My offer still stands. :p
What are you selling?

Seperately T Star, if you didn't have it in your possession when the law came down, you can't get it now. I just keep mine because I know, somewhere there's a pissed off liberal knashing it's teeth over the fact that low life common folk like me has these things. Makes me sleep better at night. - dan

From south of your border, as Charlston Heston said " From My Cold Stiff Hands"!!! Don't let go of them unless you have too, you will never get them back!!!
