Sako quad .22 mag with leupold vx2 3-9*33 ultralight
shots taken from sitting position with my elbows on my knees.

You should give the CCI 40 grain JHP Maxi Mags a go. I like them in my Quad - they are also fully jacketed vice the Winchester stuff.
