Glass Bedding Sendero

Ordering a new Remington 700 Sendero sf ii in .300 win mag. Should I glass bed the rifle or is the hs precision stock good enough. Ive read this rifle is a great shooter out of the box but anything to make better im game..

Shoot it first , if its not good enough then bed it. For what its worth I bedded 2 HS stocks and it did improve one rifle's groups but not the other (no change)

I bed them, then you don't have to torque to achieve accuracy.

I usually bed them stress free with the barrel centered in the barrel channel using masking tape around the barrel and loose screws just holding the action square... just a little at the front and very little at the back.

I don't think I've read anywhere where bedding hurt the performance. Have at it.
