Hello all!
So I have been given a Glenfield Model 75. I was really hoping to fix it up and gift it to my nephew to get him started. The rifle was horribly dirty and would not feed. I was also told it would not fire. So i disassembled the rifle cleaned it and it would now cycle my dummy rounds. Now the only problem is that it will not fire. I realized after a lot of head scratching that i am missing the disconnector spring. Upon further inspection it looks like the lifte spring has also been bent and does not look as if it should. After some looking on Google how do i tell if i need old style or new style springs and where in Canada, if anywhere at all, can I order these springs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there is any information I am leaving out please let me know and i will do my best to get it.
