I didn't realize Globe actually made guns. They did a lot of importing, and conversions (.308 Krag, .303 SVT-40, 30-30 schmidt rubin), were based in Ottawa, and were closed in the early 60's.

Your best bet would be to snap some pictures. More details the better. If you can find any other markings on the gun share those too. I'm guessing it was manufactured by another company, and labled as Globe.
 
Parts may be hard to find. Depending on how complex they are, it may be cheaper & easier to have a competent machinist make them for you. This would likely be cheaper than you'd expect, too. I've made several of my own parts over the years - at least as good as the originals, and often better. Several decades ago, before I had any machining tools, I made quite a few parts with little more than scrap steel, a drill, a hammer, & a selection of second-hand files.
