First time i hear this, for me the texture grip on gen 4 was leaps ahead of gen 3, and gen 4 grip doesn't feel as large, since they now had backstraps, and not installing any backstrap was smaller than gen 3
Once i went gen 4 i couldn't go back, i wonder if i'll feel the same once my gen 5 get's here...
 
Damnit.

I should never have said he had some because now that I went to order one it's sold out.
