Glock 17 - Which Holster for IPSC?

if you just want something cheap I would get the uncle mikes...

however for a little bit more I highly recommend the bladetech DOH holster, that is what a lot of people use for production class in IPSC. you can get the bladetechs from Josko at double tap sports (site sponser) for a pretty good price, he is in Mississauga as well

:agree:

for my G17 i use a fobus GL2 paddle.

i use blade tech DOH for both my CZ's but they're rough on the gun finish. i use to put some tape inside the holster preventing the gun getting scratched/buffed in a blink.

i ordered a fobus for my shadow too, the cool thing with the fobus is they're quite flexible and not as rough on guns as blade-tech, and you can work'em with a hair dryer till the righ fit/retention is achieved...

I have Kytac holster, it is exactly what Dave Sevigny uses, fast holster. One disadvantage, it takes forever to get one.
As for belt AA is a great belt.

I notice the safariland holsters are never mentioned in the IPSC holster threads. Are they slower to draw from? or is there a IPSC reg I missed?
Just wondering, because I haven't seen either in person but the safariland looks atleast as good as the bladetech holster from images.
