I love Glocks for their reliability, BUT I hate the grip angle with the horrendous “Glock hump” aswell as the trigger guard that digs into your middle finger. I’m also no a fan of the factory sights and trigger. I wish they made them without such a blocky slide and the overall aesthetics of a block of soap. If only they made them with nicer triggers, sights and a frames like the polymer 80s, I think they would have more fanboys and less haters.
I took a blowtorch and lightly heated the glock hump then rolled it around on a hard flat countertop to make a more uniform grip angle. I also got rid of the finger grooves, undercut the trigger guard, cut borders and stippled the frame. It definitely feels better in the hand now and points more naturally for me. I also colour filled the slide and barrel markings just because I think it looks nice against the flat dark earth frame.
