I bought mine in September 2015 for $750. I think it must have been on the shelf a while and this was a price from 2014. Such a fun thing to shoot! No wonder everybody wants one.

I agree. I paid $610.00 for my 17G4 two years ago. All gun prices are getting ridiculous lately, no mystery as to why though - CDN $.

The dollar is just awful right now, I just saw a Benelli MR-1 listed for $2100. Could've sworn a few months ago they were $1200. Anyway, I love my G17. Just keep watching the EE and be patient.

Latest batch of gen4 G17's are going for ~$1,000!!? I paid <$600 for my bnib gen3. As much as I like my Glock I would never spend that kind of $$ on one.
For example I recently picked up a mint used HK p30L v3 for $730 on the EE. There are other options than buying a new Glock….

EE gets a little crazy sometime's. People expect to get either full price or even more for firearms. And some have been up for months.
